Clouded Emotions

The power taken from my hands in pain,
As I did lose my strength, my will, control,
The wishes, dreams and past desires that came,
To reason through the clouds and come to know.

If ever sky could clear its blue again,
Inside my head where strength of mind is weak
The power giv’n to once more battle sin,
The force of feelings lost is what I seek.

Forever more to battle through the day,
Uncertain senses shot into my nerves,
To find another who makes me feel that way,
Of similar type, who thinks I her deserve.

     To give emotion with no fear of loss
     I miss her eyes, the color of green moss.
