Moment of Success: Tech Support

Troubling anxiousness floods the mind
Running down through the spine like water
In the underground mountain tunnels
Always moving never stopping
Seeping continuously, down through the nerves
Throughout the body to pressurize fingertips,
As it stops, capped off with nowhere to go
Tension increases with each eternal tic
Then to wait once more drives knifes in the skin
Impossibility, a feeling ever building
Helpless fury with a burning fuse
Misused attempts to remedy
Each end up in failure, increasing the sweat
That lines the rim of you hair
Ears hurt, soft pads hung too long against them
Then all the daggers and pressures are gone
The fuse dissolves and breath released
All because you here two words:

“It works”
